This site starts from a different premise: your brain has an attention filter called the Reticular Activating System (RAS). It decides what reaches your conscious awareness: what you notice, what you ignore, what feels possible, what feels impossible. It runs on narratives.
Every belief you hold about yourself is a narrative. Every limitation you assume is a story. Every "I can't" and "I'm not the kind of person who" is a filter that shapes what your brain even lets you see.
Narratives can be rewritten. Not through willpower. Through architecture: deliberate design of the stories, environments, and systems that program your behaviour.
